Hi, I’m Saba! I’ve always believed that everyone deserves equal access to the
opportunities they need to thrive, and over the years I’ve had the chance to get involved
in a variety of social impact initiatives. Recently, I joined Inspired to Learn as a tutor, and
it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience so far.
I’ve had the absolute joy of working with the child I was matched with, Evelyn. At first,
our lessons were an hour long, but we quickly realised that she thrives in more focused
sessions. Now, our classes are much more productive and enjoyable for both of us.
Evelyn has such a bright personality and this experience has taught me a lot about
inclusive learning as well as the importance of adapting teaching approaches to meet
different needs. I hope this can encourage others to volunteer and support those who
need a little extra guidance.
