Phoebe Song currently leads Art to Heart which provides art classes and community to children and adults with developmental disabilities in Silicon Valley. With regular classes, participants gained confidence and a sense of community as well as the inherit joy that art provides. The project originated in 2024 by Cara Lee, who is similarly passionate about art and helping the disability community.
